Cosmodome-Lite
After several years of success with Cosmodome, we have found that many of those contacting us do not require the full warping software package. (If later on, more versatility is needed, this sophistication can be added.)So we designed the new Cosmodome-Lite package: capable of presenting the same programmes as Cosmodome, but based on a PC computer without the warping software: instead, it shows pre-warped products. For teaching Astronomy, the well-known programme 'Stellarium' can be downloaded from the Internet in pre-warped mode at zero cost, and displayed in Cosmodome-Lite by mirror projection.
Here is a comparison of the components and costs of Cosmodome and Cosmodome-Lite.
