Outreach
A portable allows the Planetarium to reach audiences who would not otherwise come to the fixed facility. The mobility of the Portable offers a real opportunity for remote communities with a region to experience what we do. It can kindle an interest and make a visit to the fixed Planetarium a ‘must’ next time they come to the Big City.

Large advertising format
An inflated dome makes for an impressive sight. It can have your brand attached to the exterior. When the Portable is set up at a school or shopping centre, fair, etc, it holds visual fascination for many more people than just those who enjoy it inside.

Use the Incursion to Promote the Excursion
A visit to a School with a Portable issues visual invitation to other teachers, students and parents for further visit bookings, or to promote events to the parent Institution.
